Me and my family of 4 have lived here for 3 years now and we absolutely love it. Everything you want and expect in an apartment is here. From the big rooms to the fancy bathroom and kitchen decor. To the clean pool they maintain & hot tub that is year round. Like you seriously can’t get any better than this. And we have a gym that’s well kept too! Our new management is great and very understanding. Thank you again for the amazing memories we share here.

I have lived here for almost 5 months now. Just recently me and my roommate got a washer and dryer from another unit. The maintenance men were so polite and full of laughter when they had to walk up three flights of stairs to install the washer/dryer. They joked with me and explained how the washer and dryer worked. They did tell me that the plug for the dryer was not right and that had to be fixed, they came two days later to fix it and were so understanding about me and my roommates sleep/work schedule. My roommate and I are so happy to have our own washer/ dryer and are even more happy about the fact we don’t have to spend a ton at a laundromat. I keep finding things to wash and get so excited to use the washer/dryer. The ladies from the office and the maintenance team are 100% the nicest people I have ever met at any apartment complex/ townhouse I’ve ever lived at. They always make sure to have smiles on their faces and positivity in their hearts. They deserve a HUGE rise and a pizza party for their efforts to make sure we are all safe and comfortable in Hidden Cove. ❤️❤️

Although we have had some issues with our apartment we haven't struggled to get maintenance to help at all whatsoever, management recently changed and the new staff has been in charge of an issue I've been having and they have been very very good about staying on top of it and have taken it very seriously, 100% would recommend these apartments to a friend

We had some hiccups at the beginning of the move in but the management was so helpful and they were able to fix all of our problems! We recently got a puppy and they have been so helpful with that too! We love having a park to take the dog out too! Overall, we are so happy to be living here!

I lived at Hidden Cove for about 5 yrs. Brandi and crew I will never forget you all. Thank you for all the great conversations and for having such a pleasant place to live after my divorce. Maintenance team rocks. I myself never had any problems with anyone except for noisy neighbors in both apartments I lived in at Hidden Cove. I seemed to have the worst luck with noisy people living above me. Above all Hidden Cove is a great place to live and the only reason I left is because I needed to find something closer to work and rent was getting a bit steep for me to afford. I will miss you all very much but if I’m down that way again I’ll stop and say Hi. Thanks again for being my home for awhile. ❤️

Absolutely love it here, I just re-signed for year number 2. It’s perfect for me and my boys, it’s always quiet, they are amazing at making sure everything is well groomed, and the the interiors are amazing. The open layout has to be my favorite. Brandy, the manager has been the best to work with. She is dedicated to ensuring her tenants are 100% satisfied, as well as the management above her. I’m super thankful for all they have done for me, and making sure I am happy here. I will certainly be staying until I purchase a house.

Ive had some communication issues with them regarding payments, not any huge suprises though. I like that they dont have a required media package. The only fee that I dont understand is the real estate tax but it is only $12 so I would rather pay that then choose a different apartment that requires you to pay for a media package youll never use. Maintence is great! Quiet area, some times the neighbors animals are loud but we dont mind. Hidden cove has been great for us so far!

We just moved in last month. So far I am very happy with Hidden Cove. The appliances work, and the updated apartment style is very nice. We have pets and so not having to deal with carpet in the apartment is amazing. I mean it does get noisy during high traffic times during the day because our neighbors upstairs walk around, but what do you expect with an apartment. You live so close to others there will be noise pollution for sure regardless of what apartment complex you choose. I think it’s very comfortable and the noise is expected and not awful. I think the maintenance guy is sooo nice, and the service has been exceptional so far. I honestly don’t understand some of the negitive reviews and think they are very unfair. If you follow the rules and are kind, courteous and clean up after yourself like an adult the staff will take care of you, and you will have such a pleasant experience. I would also like to mention that it’s so nice to finally have a very pet friendly place to live! We feel safe having our fur family living here with us. The grounds are kept very clean too, besides the occasional dog poo, but if you as a tenant picked up after your own dog that wouldn’t be a problem! So happy that we chose to live at Hidden Cove for a second time!

We just recently moved here from another apartment complex in Layton that was absolutely horrible. We had to get out of there. Hidden cove was like a breath of fresh air. It’s nicely updated and has appliances that actually WORK and it’s just the right size for the two of us. They had a few little “welcome home” gifts for us waiting when we walked in. We were really impressed. There were a few things here and there that needed fixed and the staff was quick to let us know they’d take care of it. My only complaint really is that we had to call 911 afyer only being here a week because we thought one of our neighbors was abusing who they were living with. They’re just really loud and scream/cry a lot at each other. However that is not the complexes fault by any means, just kind of annoying. Thank you hidden cove for already being amazing!!

Recently updated the look of the apts. It's a nice place to live, very spacy. Staff is friendly and maintenance comes in a timely manner. Dog park is a little small. The only thing that I have against the place is the my utility bill keeps going up. They said the bill should go down but it's now doubled the usual price I pay.

I was only here for a year, which was about 4 years ago now. I still miss my cozy little apartment. I feel I was charged too much when I moved out since I had scrubbed every inch before I left and hired my own carpet cleaners. But that's kind of irrelevant at this point. Nice place, maintenance was timely, and the office gal was really nice.

Not sure what's up with these negative reviews... My wife and I loved our stay there! It's a great place for kids too, the pool is great and the playground hidden away in the middle of the buildings keeps things private. Great area, good for accessing the freeway or public transit. They have lots of events that help make the place feel more like a community rather than a complex, and every interaction we had with management was respectful and kind. We love Hidden Cove!

Just last month Urban Village and Comcast hosted a movie night at the apartments. They screened Big Hero 6 and it was awesome. So many residents showed up! There were a ton of yummy snacks and popcorn provided by Urban Village residents and Comcast set up the movie and provided the drinks! It was really fun and one resident even got to take home the movie! Can't wait to do this again!

I have lived here for a while and one of the things I like most is the Urban Village Program. It is designed to get the residents together and behave more like a community, like you might find in a neighborhood. Every month a group of residents gets together and plans events for the residents. For example they hired a Santa Claus at Christmas time to visit the children. They show movies, they plan game nights. Recently they had a kitchen tips/tricks class that was really fun and I learned a ton. Hidden Cove is not just another place to live it is a community.

Over the past 2 years of living here, I've seen it go through at least 3 management changes. Current Management and Maintenance is by far the best. Extremely responsive and courteous staff make this a great place to live. Pet Friendly to boot!

My wife and I recently moved in to this complex and after nearly two months we could not be more thrilled about living here. The apartments are simply massive, the staff are the politest and most authentically nice people I have ever had the fortune to live with. I would recommend anybody looking for an apartment to look no further.
