At Hidden Cove, we welcome pets and strive to create a comfortable environment for all residents and their furry companions. To help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable community, all residents must comply with the following pet policy.

One-time non-refundable pet fee: $350 per pet

Refundable pet deposit: $200 for first pet and $250 for second pet.

Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet

Breed & Weight Restrictions

For the safety and comfort of all residents:

Certain dog breeds may be restricted at management’s discretion.
Weight limits may apply.
Management reserves the right to deny any pet deemed aggressive or disruptive.

Pet owners are responsible for:

Cleaning up after their pets immediately.
Keeping pets leashed in all common areas.
Preventing excessive noise, odor, or disruptive behavior.
Ensuring pets do not damage property or landscaping.
Supervising pets at all times.

Pet Waste & Cleanliness

Pet waste must be disposed of properly in designated receptacles.
Residents may be charged for failure to clean up after their pets.
Repeated violations may result in fines or removal of pet privileges.

Damages

Residents are fully responsible for any damage, injury, or cleaning costs caused by their pets, including damage inside the apartment or common areas.

Complaints & Violations

If a pet becomes a nuisance due to noise, aggression, or repeated violations of this policy, management reserves the right to require corrective action or removal of the pet from the community.

Service & Assistance Animals

Service animals and approved assistance animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
